Azerbaijan's non-oil exports increased by nearly 8% this year

In January-September 2025, Azerbaijan's non-oil sector exports increased by 7.7% compared to the same period in 2024 and amounted to 2.6 billion US dollars, APA-Economics reports, citing the "Export Review" of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CERACC).

During the mentioned period, food exports increased by 20.5% and amounted to 841.4 million US dollars.

In the first nine months of this year, compared to the same period last year, sugar exports increased by 14.9 million US dollars or 46.9%, fruits and vegetables by 143.7 million US dollars or 31.3%, chemical industry products by 45.6 million US dollars or 22%, cotton yarn by 2.7 million US dollars or 12.5%, tea by 159.4 thousand US dollars or 3.3%, aluminum and products made from it by 3.9 million US dollars or 2.6%, ferrous metals and products made from them by 708.1 thousand US dollars or 1%.

In January-September 2025, exports of agricultural products increased by 27.8% to 667.1 million US dollars, and exports of agro-industrial products amounted to 233.1 million US dollars. Overall, combined exports of agricultural and agro-industrial products increased by 19.2% to $900.2 million.
