Regulations and structure of the State Securities Committee approved

Bakuâ€“APA. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev issued an order for approval of Regulations and structure of the State Securities Committee. According to APA, the order approved the Regulations and structure of the State Securities Committee. The Cabinet of Ministers was urged to prepare proposals on adaptation of current legislative acts and normative legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers and central executive power institutions to the order and to submit the proposals to the President within a month.

The number of staff members of the State Securities Committee and its Office in Nakhchivan will also be determined.
