Gunay Anadolu raises share capital

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Gunay Anadolu Insurance Company plans to increase its share cpital by 25% to AZN 1 million by April.
Vugar Rajabov, Director General of the Azeri-Turkish JV, said the AZN 200 000 worth of stock issue will be paid in March.
According to him, some additional expenses were cut because of the capitalization.
Gunay Anadolu has been in operation since 1992.
It earned AZN 2.280 million in premiums, paid AZN 172 929 for insurance claims and earned AZN 10 000 in profit.
The company provides 2 compulsory and 18 voluntary types of insurance services.
