Azerbaijanâ€™s on-floor currency market expands last week

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. The on-floor currency market turnover totaled $131.481 million through Feb. 9-13, up 17.3 times on a weak earlier. Daily turnover was as follows:

The exchange rate of the US dollar dropped by 0.19% to 0.8062 manats over the week.
The official rate of the US dollar decreased by 0.19%, â€œwe buyâ€ rate 0.03% and â€œwe sellâ€ rate by 0.21%:

At the same time, 30-day swap deals were closed last week. Swap deals are very rare in Azerbaijanâ€™s currency market.
Meanwhile, the euro fell 0.4% after a broad range of fluctuation over the week.
