Atrabank to open a branch in Baku

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based Atrabank plans to open its next branch in Baku, said Elmikhan Nabiyev, Chairman of the Bank.
He added that the branch will be located at 8, Yusif Memmedeliyev Street.
â€œWe have submitted the necessary paperwork to the National Bank of Azerbaijan for a license. The central bank will conduct the certification of the director and chief accountant of the branch next week,â€ he added.
At present the bank operates 11 branches, including 6 in Baku.
As at January 1, Atrabankâ€™s assets stood at AZN 35.181 million, loan portfolio at AZN 24.440 million, deposit portfolio at AZN 4.067, total capital at AZN 11.060 million and authorized capital at AZN 10.425 million.
