Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaiajn-based leasing company Finance Leasing will hold a general meeting of shareholders on March 28. The company said the 2008 financial performance and other issues will be discussed at the meeting.
With the main focus on small and medium-sized enterprises, Finance Leasing OJSC was set up by 16 individuals in March 2007. The companyâ€™s authorized capital is AZN 1.1 million.
