Ateshgah Sighorta posts 20% growth in premiums

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based Ateshgah earned AZN 17.542 million, up 20.4% on a year ago.
The company said payment for insurance claims grew 27.5% to AZN 4.483 million.
AZN 17.447 million came from voluntary insurance services and AZN 0.095 million from compulsory insurance.
Insurance claims reached AZN 4.298 from voluntary insurance million and AZN 0.185 million from compulsory insurance.
Established in 1996, Ateshgah is owned by ISR Holding (49%), SOCAR (30%) and RAN Exim (21%). The insurer provides 4 compulsory and 18 voluntary types of insurance services.
