Rabitabank gets 45% rise in deposit portfolio

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. As at October 1, Azerbaijan-based Rabitabankâ€™s assets stood at AZN 96.571 million, up 40.2% on a year earlier.
The bank said loan portfolio rose 81% to AZN 72.504 million, deposit portfolio rose 44.8% to AZN 79.342 million, total capital increased 18.6% to AZN 12.361 million and authorized capital went up 14.3% to AZN 8 million.
Consumer loans rose 66.6% to AZN 23.958 million in total.
For January-September, revenues rose by 2.1 times to AZN 12.359 million and expenditures went up 2.2 times to AZN 11.096 million.
Profit rose 61%, year-on-year, to AZN 1.263 and net profit rose 54% to AZN 0.884.
The bank established 4 branches, 3 ATMs and 50 POS terminals over the past year.
The number of staff employees rose 30.5% to 317 and salary reached AZN 878 on average.
Rabitabank has been in operation since 1993. The bank operates 18 branches, 15 exchange offices, 21 ATMs and 84 POS terminals across the country.
