Azerbaijan plans to start return of USSR-period banking deposits in the coming 2 years

Chairman of the Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation Settar Mehbaliyev told journalists that this has been reflected in the trilateral General Collective Agreement for 2012-2013 signed between the Cabinet of Ministers, Azerbaijan Trade Union Confederation and National Confederation of Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organization.

â€œThe solution of the problem does not depend only on the parliamentâ€™s position. Of course, firstly, we want to return savings of elderly persons. The state does not protest it. Probably, we will able to solve this issue by 2014. It may be our successâ€.
