Baku. Ali Ahmedov â€“ APA-Economics. Today, the first meeting of working group of The Intra-European Organisation of Tax Administrations (IOTA) on Management of Tax Debts kicked of in Baku. According to APA-Economics, the experts of IOTA 20 countries on management of tax debts attend the meeting.

Azerbaijani Deputy Minister of Taxes Sahib Alekberov noted that, Azerbaijan achieved several successes in this sphere, and the administration on forcible collection of tax debts was improved. He also noted that, this meeting would be an important step in strengthening of cooperation among the member-states, increase of effectiveness in management of tax debts.

IOTA expert, head of Working Group on Management of Tax Debts Yevgenius Soldatkovas explained the issues to be discussed. Ilkin Veliyev, the head of the organization of the task to collect the tax debts of the Ministry of Taxes spoke about structure of debts and its management strategy, automatization of collection of tax debts, liabilities of tax payers, decrease tendency of the debts, establishment of effective model on their management.

Note that, the Working Group will continue its work up to March 8.
