Baku. Ali Ahmadov â€“ APA-Economics. No funds were allocated for mortgage lending from the state budget during January, AMF told APA. It has not impeded the allocation of mortgage loans. AZN 2.07 mln mortgage loan has been given via AMF in January, 2012.

In general, since the start of mortgage lending in 2006 up to this day, the mortgage loans given via the AMF amounted to AZN 347.61 mln. So, As of February 1, 2012, the volume of mortgage loan per head has hit AZN 38.6. This figure was AZN 37.8 in 2011.

AZN 4.69 mln-mortgage loan given through the AMF has been refinanced in January. AZN 265.66 mln or 76.42% of mortgage loans have been refinanced s, so far. The Mortgage Fund has not issued bonds in January.
