Azerbaijan starts works on improvement of the Tax Code

To him, one of the important tasks facing the tax authorities is stable and predicted tax system of the country: â€œOne of the important issues in this respect is to complete the process of improving the tax laws. Since the adoption of the Tax Code passed 11 years and the law of the country during this period is much improved. We believe that we should re-examine the tax laws in the context of new economic relations and on the background of the rapid pace of economic developmentâ€.

The Minister noted that in January and February the countryâ€™s leading experts, business representatives and relevant government agencies have started a broad discussion of the Tax Code: â€œWe believe that working closely with community organizations and the business community in the process of improving the tax laws by studying their proposals, we will in the medium term to make certain changes in tax legislationâ€.
