Tax sanction applied on wedding house in Sumgayit

The property inventory was carried out on September 15 by the officials of the Taxation Department #2.

Mobile and cameral inspections at the wedding house calculated main debt at amount of AZN 3 036.88, financial sanction â€“ AZN 16 605.03, interest debt â€“ AZN 6.07, total debt â€“ AZN 19 647.98. According to article #89 of the Tax Code, when taxpayer does not pay tax debts in time, a decision on property inventory is made as a providence of payment of the occurred debts, as well as calculated percentages and applied financial sanctions. Such decision was made on September 13 on Simurg wedding house too.

By reason of the officials of tax authorities did not find cash money at the wedding house, they listed a property at mount of AZN 19.900 â€“ 13 different TV sets, 5 different conditioners, 20 table-chair sets, 5 sofas and magazine tables.

Note that, Simurg is one of the biggest wedding houses in Sumgayit.
