ZQAN Holding Group of Companies make changes in leadership - <font color=red>UPDATED</font>

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Board chairman of Garant Sigorta company Vagif Hasanov has been appointed as the new chairman of the board of ZQAN Holding.

Lawyer of Garant Sigorta Jamal Hasanzadeh said that Fuad Allahverdiyev was appointed as the new chairman of the board of the insurance company. Currently, Allahverdiyev temporarily operates as board chairman of the company.

Vagif Hasanov was born in 1977 in Baku. He served as board chairman of Garant Sigorta since 2007. Before that he worked at MBASK insurance company.

Remind that, Garant Sigorta - part of ZQAN Holding, has been in operation since November of 2007. The company operates on 18 voluntary and 4 compulsory insurance types. As of September 1, 2011, its authorized capital made AZN 4 mln.

These changes are related to decision on admittance of new structure of the company and conducting of reforms passed at general meeting of shareholders of ZQAN Holding. According to structure changes, Council of Directors has been created in ZQAN Holding and the president of the Holding Anar Mammadov will lead this council. Khayal Sharifzadeh, Ruslan Mammadov, Emil Elesgarov and Seymur Ismayil have been appointed members of the council of directors.
