Persons not repaying debt can not leave country

Remind that, limitation of debtorâ€™s leaving the country was included into the law in 2010.

Note that, according to the law, although the court passes decision about the limitation on leaving the country, after the payment of debt, this decision may be abolished by the executive officer.

Current changes specify procedures of limitation. So that, according to the article of 231.1 of Civil Code, limitation of debtorâ€™s leaving the country is heard by the court on place of court executor.

Ministry of Justice has already limited the debtorsâ€™ leaving the country. According to Ministry, 69 persons were limited to leave the country, in 2010. 12 of them repaid the debt.
