Strengthening of integration offered in Caspian region

According to APA-Economics a round table on the infrastructure and cooperation in other spheres of economy and activity of financial institutions in Caspian region was held at the last day of the conference.

Several lectures and speeches on ecology, oil-gas production and transportation and other spheres were listened within the framework of round table. At the same time the roles of financial institutions in realized investment projects in these spheres were discussed. Thus, Deputy Chairman of IBA Emil Mustafayev spoke about the projects realized in infrastructure, energy, industry and ecology spheres in Azerbaijan and Russia with the participation of bank.

Anatoli Kazakov, chairman of the Coordination board of the CIS financial-banking council offered to establish joint customs union in the region. According to him this organization will be first in the region.

The bankers of Azerbaijan and CIS countries, 180 participants consisting of representatives from Finance and Banking Council of CIS (FBC) attend the conference. The conference will last two days.

Final declaration was adopted at the end of the conference. The final variant of declaration is planned to be adopted after the amendments And changes to the project.
