Ganjabank sees 34% growth in assets year-on-year

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. As of April 1, 2010, Azerbaijan-based Ganjabank’s assets stood at AZN 40.252 mln, up by 33.6% compared with a year ago.
Bank says, deposit portfolio rose by 14.4% to AZN 3.388 mln, population’s deposit 11% increased to AZN 2.901 mln, loan portfolio grew by 38.7% to AZN 29.146 mln, consumer lending 32.3% decreased to AZN 3.623 mln, total capital 41.2% soared to AZN 16.794 mln, authorized capital rose by 50% to AZN 15 mln.
Revenue 25% declined to AZN 904 000, expenditure grew 31% to AZN 690 000. Profit 68.4% fell to AZN 214 000.
Bank’s staffs grew up 1.4% to 74, average monthly salary 14% dropped to AZN 627.
Ganjabank has been in operation since 1994. The bank operates 3 branches, 6 ATMs and 14 POS-terminals across the country.
