Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. As of April 1, Azerbaijan Industry Bank’s assets stood at AZN 106,434 million, up 73.4% from a year ago.
The bank said deposit portfolio surged by 2.2 times to AZN 73,779 million, loan portfolio increased by 81.7% to AZN 63,845 million, total equity capital went up by 44.8% to AZN 24.737 million and authorized capital grew by 72.8% to AZN 22.114 million.
Consumer loans tripled to AZN 29.399 million
Revenue rose by 5.9% year-on-year to AZN 2.840 million and expenditure jumped by 61% to AZN 2.818 million. The bank’s profit made AZN 22.160 million.
The number of staff members rose by 13.7% to 149.
The bank was originally established as CIBank in 1996 and was renamed as Azerbaijan Industry Bank in late 2006.
It operates 8 branches, 23 ATMs and 249 POS terminals across the country.
