Azer-Turk Bank gets 23% rise in deposits

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. As of April 1, 2010, Azer-Turk Bank’s assets stood at AZN 43,252 million, down 2.8% from a year ago.

The loan portfolio rose by 21.9% to AZN 30,676 million including consumer loan rising 28.1% to 10.987. During this time deposit portfolio decreased by 22.3% to AZN 22,612 million including household deposits rising 22,5% to AZN 13,963 million. Total capital dropped by 4.1% to AZN 12.457 million and authorized capital stock stood at AZN 10 million.

Incomes 5.05% rose to AZN 1.975 mln and expenditures increased by 43.2% to AZN1.515 mln.

In 1995 AzerTurkBank was established by Turkish T.C.Ziraat Bankasi A.S. (46%), German Ziraat Bank International AG (4%), Azeri Agrarcredit (46%) and Turanbank (4%). The bank operates 3 branches, 5 ATMs and 21 POS terminals across the country.
