New member of Supervisory Board of Amrahbank

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. The former head of the office of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Baku Aygen Yayikoglu was selected the member of Supervisory Board of Amrahbank and the former member of Supervisory Board of Amrahbank Elnur Amikishyev was selected the advisor to the chairman.
According to Yunis Ildirimzadeh, the chairman of Supervisory Board of Amrahbank, the Yayikogluâ€™s experience in financial and management sector on Azerbaijan is very important for Amrahbank.
A. Yayikoglu is the founder of Crescent Capital investment Company in Turkey. Before established this company, A.Yayikoglu has worked in EBRDâ€™s London office for 9 years.
Presently, the chairman of Supervisory Board of Amrahbank is Y. Ildirimzadeh and the members of board are Aabed Al Zeera, Mohammed Hedi Mejai and Kamal Mammadzadeh.
Owned by 4 local individual persons Amrahbank has been in operation since 1993. The bank operates 24 branches, 18 ATMs and 50 POS-terminals across the country.
