Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of interest-bearing book-entry registered unsecured bonds of Datacell LLC.

Issue volume 3 200 000 AZN
Quantity of bonds 1 600
Par value 2 AZN

According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of initial public offering at Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

Datacell operates in the sphere of internet services and information technologies and has put into use the elcell mobile Internet since 2005. Authorized capital of Datacell is AZN 9.6mln.
