Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. The Sturgeon Fund Ltd. Investment Fund of Italy increased to 9.94% its participation share in Azerbaijan based bank Royal Bank, Zaur Farzaliyev, member of Suipervisory Board told to APA-Economics.
According to him, the participation share of fund was 6.5% (AZN 1.339mln) formerly, but the fund increased its share to AZN2.049. At the same time, bank’s authorized capital 3.6% increased to AZN20.622mln.
Royal Bank has operatedsince 1993, formerly as OZ Bank.
