ADB increases investment in Azerbaijan by 2.5 times

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-Economics. The fixed investments in Azerbaijan by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) was AZN 1 616 300 in January 2010, up 2.5 times from a year ago, said the State Statistical Committee.

The ADB investment accounted for 0.8% of fixed capital investments in Azerbaijan by foreign countries and international organizations.

Azerbaijan joined the ADB in 1999. Since then, the ADB has provided $200 million to Azerbaijan.
