Elkhan Garibov is nominated to the post of chairman of the board. Jamil Malikov held this post previously. At present he is the deputy director of the State Agency for Alternative and Renewable Energy Resources, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Industry and Energy.
Mr. Garibov had been the chairman of MBASK before Mr. Malikov.
MBASK insurance company was founded in 1992 by the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (30%) and physical entities. The company’s insurance premiums amounted AZN 7.556 million and payments AZN 5.294 million.
The company provides 29 insurance services.
