Azerbaijan-based credit unionsâ€™ total assets reach AZN 21.6 million

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. The total assets owned by Azeri credit unions stood AZN 21.572 million and loans at AZN 62.814 million as of January 1.

Azerbaijan Association of Credit Unions told APA that the total number of loans reached 41 551.

The number of unrepaid loans was 10 390 and amounted AZN 18.894 million.

The reserve capital reached AZN 892.05 million and total equity capital AZN 5.553 million.

The number of credit unions was 58 and number employees, working in credit unions was 265 as of January 1.
