Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Kapital Bank will hold extraordinary meeting of shareholders on April 5. The bankâ€™s officials told APA that increasing of the bankâ€™s authorized capital and other issues will be discussed in the meeting.

The bank operates 91 branches and has authorized capital amounted AZN 24 million.
After privatization, Kapital Bank is owned by Pasha Holding (97.5%) and the bank staff (2.5%).
Kapital Bank has been in operation since 2000.
