MBASK insurance company to hold shareholdersâ€™ meeting

Baku. Elnur Huseynguliyevâ€“APA-Economics. MBASK insurance company will hold extraordinary meeting of the shareholders on March 11, 2009.

The company officials told APA-Economics, approval of companyâ€™s 2010 budget, nomination of new candidates for the chairman of Board of Governors, the results of companyâ€™s work in 2009, financial reports and increase of nominal capital will be discussed at the meeting.

MBASK insurance company was founded in 1992 by the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (30%) and physical entities. The companyâ€™s insurance premiums amounted AZN 7.556 million and payments AZN 5.294 million.

The company provides 29 insurance services.
