Azerbaijan Industry Bank raises share capital

Baku. Nijat Mustafayevâ€“APA-Economics. Azerbaijan State Committee on Securities has registered Azerbaijan Industry Bankâ€™s issue prospectus of book-entry ordinary registered stocks.

The face value per stock is AZN 0.20, the total number is 10.570 million and the amount AZN 2.114 million.
Texnika Kapital Management will underwrite the stock placement.

The issue will be realized through public offering on Baku Stock Exchange.

If successful, the companyâ€™s authorized capital stock will increase by 10.6% to AZN 22.114 million.

Azerbaijan Industry Bank (Azerbaycan Senaye Banki) (formerly Capital Investment Bank - CI Bank), has been in operation since 1996.

It operates 8 branches across the country.
