Azerbaijan amends regulations on the special fund for bailiffs and judicial officers

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers has introduced amendment to the "Regulations on the special fund for bailiffs and court officers"
Under the amendment, the amount of executive payment withheld from debtor was increased from 25% to 75%.

The fund is formed by through payments and reimbursement for expenses withheld from the debtor in connection with mandatory enforcement of decisions of local courts, international arbitration and arbitral tribunals, courts and arbitral tribunals of foreign countries for civil and economic disputes, the decisions on non-custodial sentence in criminal cases, the decisions of the bodies (officials) authorized to consider cases on administrative offences, notary agreements to pay child support, the executive orders of notaries etc. The proceeds of the fund shall be transferred to the treasury account of the Justice Ministry of Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan Autonomic Republic.
