Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijan’s State Committee for Securities has registered the new issue of unsecured book-entry bearer bonds of the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund.
The face value per bond is AZN 1000, number of bonds is AZN 75 000 and total amount of bonds is AZN 75 million. The yield is 3.25% per annum.
AMF’s first bond issue of AZN 55 million was registered in May 2009 and bonds of AZN 49 million has been sold.
Face value per bond was AZN 1000 and yield on bonds is 3% per annum.
