Amrah Sigorta increases authorized share capital

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijan’s State Committee for Securities (SCS) has registered Amrah Sigorta insurance company’s issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry shares.
The face value per share is AZN 200, number of shares is 5 000, the total amount of issue is AZN 1 million.
Shares will be sold through public offering in January.
The successful placement of shares will increase the company’s share capital by 50% to AZN 3 million.
Established in 1993, Amrah Sigorta is owned by two individuals.
The company currently offers 3 types of compulsory and 14 types of voluntary insurance services.
