Silk Way Airlines issues AZN 10 million worth of bonds

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijanâ€™s State Committee for Securities has registered Silk Way Airlinesâ€™ issue prospectus of book-entry, registered, unsecured bonds.

The Committee said the face value per bond is AZN 10 000, the number of bonds is 1 000, the total amount of issue is AZN 10 million.

The placement will be through private offering.

Established in October 2001, Silk Way has the main focus on the air cargo transportation.

Silk Way has good partnership the Euro-Asian Group which has offices in Dubai, Kiev, Luxembourg, Houston, New York, Dortmund, Istanbul, Urumqi, Moscow, Aktau, Tbilisi, Bishkek and Baku.
