New processing center to be launched in Azerbaijan in 2010

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluev - APA-ECONOMICS. A new processing center Texkart will launch its operation in Azerbaijan in February.

Polad Talibov, Director General of Texkart processing center, said MasterCard and VISA certification process is under way.

Texkart is established and owned by Texnikabank.

â€œWe will transfer the entire database of Technikabank from AzeriCard processing center in the coming days. 45 000 cards including 37 000 debit cards of Texnikabank will be issued in February. The next batches will depend on the order,â€ he added.

He added that bank has to date applied for Texkart membership.

Established by Texnikabank in 2007, Texkart will now provide card processing services to Texnikabank and is open for other banks too.
