Azernegliyyatbank expands branch network

Baku. Elnur Guseynguluev - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijan-based Azernegliyyatbank plans to open another branch in Baku in early 2010, said Fakhraddin Baghirov, chairman of the Bankâ€™s Supervisory Board.

He said all the employees of the branch have already been vetted.

"We will receive a license in a few days. This branch will provide the bankâ€™s full range of services to local customers,â€ he added.

The branch will be located near â€œ20 Januaryâ€ Metro Station.

According to him, the bank plans to launch two more branches in 2010. One of the branches will be in Baku and the other in Imishli.

Established in 1989, Azernegliyyatbank is owned by individuals (58.6%) and legal entities (41.4%).
