Texkart raises its registered capital

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijanâ€™s State Committee for Securities has registered Texkartâ€™s issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry shares.

The amount is AZN 1 million, the face value per share - AZN 1, the number of shares issued is 1 000.

According to stock exchange specialists, flotation will start in January.
In the case of successful placement, Texkartâ€™s capital will double to AZN 2 million.

Texkart card processing center was established by Texnikabank in 2007.
