Azerbaijan President approves changes to the Law on Customs Tariff

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijanâ€™s President Ilham Aliyev has approved the additions and changes to the law "On Customs Tariff", "On the Protection of Foreign Investments", and "On the Urban Planning".

Changes in the laws "On the Protection of Foreign Investment" and "On the Urban Planning" are amendments in wording.

According to the imports (except for goods subject to excise tax) are exempted from customs duties when they are imported for special economic zones, or exported as goods produced in special economic zones in the cases established by the law.
