One more Azeri bank changes its name

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Azernegliyyatbank is considering options to change its name, said Fakhraddin Baghirov, chairman of the Bankâ€™s Supervisory Board.

Unlike the current name, we want to have a shorter name, he added.

â€œWe have set up a working group to explore options. Then, the required documents will be submitted the Ministry of Taxation and the Central Bank,â€ he noted.

Established in 1989, Azernegliyyatbank is owned by individuals (58.6%) and legal entities (41.4%).
