Economic Research Center: Azerbaijan logs 0.33% inflation in November

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Consumer Price Index rose by 0.33 percent in Azerbaijan, including 0.22 percent in Baku and 0.44 percent in regions during November, according to the Economic Research Centerâ€™s report based on the Alternative Inflation Methodology Development Project.

The report is based on surveys on goods and services in 11 regions of the country.

Prices of non-foods declined by 0.01 percent and services by 0.06 percent while prices of foodstuffs rose by 0.60 percent.

According to statistics, the consumer prices change was 0.37% deflation for January-November and 1.40% deflation as against November 2008.
