Bank of Azerbaijan will start placing of additional issue of shares

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-ECONOMICS. Placement of Bank of Azerbaijanâ€™s additional issue of ordinary registered book-entry shares will commence on Baku Stock Exchange on December 8.

The volume is AZN 10 million, the face value per share is AZN 20, the number of issued shares is 500 000.

The successful placement will raise bank’s authorized capital by 66.6% to AZN 25 million.

The underwriter will be Respublika Invest Ltd..

Established in Bank of Azerbaijan, currently operates 16 branches, 26 ATMs and 147 POS-terminals across the country.
