AFB Bank launches a new company

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijanâ€™s Ministry of Taxes has announced it registered a company owned by AFB Bank.

According to the ministryâ€™s statement, AFB Capital LLC was registered under the one-stop shop business registration system. The subsidiary is located at 12, I.Gutgashynly Street, Yasamal District, Baku. The legal representative of the company is Elshad Ibrahimov.

Its charter capital is AZN 100 000.

Owned by Gilan LLC (98%) and two individuals (2%), AFB Bank received a license on Nov. 30, 2008.
