Azerqarant Sigorta raises capital

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. The State Committee for Securities has registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry stocks of Azerqarant Sigorta Insurance Company.
The volume of the issue is AZN 2.7 million and face value per stock AZN 270. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held through the public subscription on the Baku Stock Exchange.
AzerInterTrade LLC will be the underwriter of placement of stocks.
Experts say placement will start in December.
If floated successfully, the insurance companyâ€™s share capital will rose by 260% to AZN 4.4 million.
