Amrah SÄ±gorta increases authorized capital

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijanâ€™s State Committee for Securities has registered Amrah SÄ±gorta Insurance Companyâ€™s issue prospectus registered book-entry shares.

The amount is AZN 1 million, the face value per share is AZN 200, the number of issued shares is 5 000.

According to the issue prospectus, placement will be hld by private subscription.

According to stock exchange specialists, placement will start in November.

In the case of successful placement, the companyâ€™s registered capital will double to AZN 2 milliont.
