"The talks on Crimea and Sevastopol will last for 5 years," Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Presidential Office of Ukraine, told journalists after the meeting in Istanbul, APA reports.
He added that no military operations would be conducted in the direction of Crimea during this period.
According to Podolyak, an agreement has been reached to open humanitarian corridors, but for the complete ceasefire, the Russian army must return to its positions by February 23.
