A personal exhibition of an Azerbaijani artist has opened in the Georgian city of Marneuli, APA’s Georgia bureau reported.
At the exhibition entitled "From the particle to the Sun", Rizvan Ismayilov, who is the first Azerbaijani member of Georgia’s Union of Artists, more than 20 works of art were put on display.
Ismailov said that so far he has worked on more than 100 works and his exhibitions were organized in other countries as well.
At the end of the event, the presentation was held of the book "From the Particle to the Sun" by poet Ibrahimkhalili, which deals with Ismailov.
It should be noted that catalogs of the artist's works were published in Tbilisi and Baku. The works of Ismailov were displayed in the library of the Georgian parliament, the Central Exhibition Salon named after Bahlulzade in Baku, as well as in Turkey, France, and Russia.
