Baku-APA. Albanian officials on Wednesday said the government has made the fight against corruption a top priority, APA reports quoting Xinhua.

Speaking at a national anti-corruption conference in Tirana, Albanian Interior Minister Saimir Tahiri said his ministry would fight against corruption in a uncompromising manner.

"Ministry of Interior is on the stage of devising an integral strategy to prevent corrupt practices within the State Police ranks," he said.

Albanian Minister of Justice Nasip Naco, meanwhile, also pledged to combat corruption, highlighting the launch of the "Stop Corruption" website, where citizens can report to official corruption cases in the judicial system.

The minister has already pledged to fight corruption with all means earlier this month.
