Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Tuesday that sanctions imposed on Russia should include the complete shutdown of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, APA reports citing Teletrader.

Germany has stated the pipeline could be included in a sanction package, although it is not clear whether any decisions on it will be made today.

Zelensky added Ukraine is also considering cutting diplomatic ties with Russia as the country expects further aggression from Moscow. However, he also stated that he believes there will be "no war against Ukraine," although "other states will also be in danger" if Russia stages a full-scale invasion.
