EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar described the meeting of the special representatives of Armenia and Türkiye on the border on the normalization process as "important" on his "X" account, APA reports.
"Important meeting yesterday on the Armenia-Türkiye border between Serdar Kilic and Ruben Rubinyan. Normalisation of relations and the reopening of communications between Türkiye and Armenia are essential elements for a more stable and prosperous South Caucasus." Klaar noted.
Recall that on July 30, the special representatives for the normalization of Armenia and Türkiye, Ruben Rubinyan and Serdar Kılıc, met at the border.
