An incident occurred in the hotel building, hosting the 13th Conference on Defense and Security of Georgia, APA’s Georgian bureau reports.
Fire-evacuation system of the hotel started to work a few minutes before for the Conference. Then the representatives left the building immediately.
Any statement has not released related to the fact. Reason of the fire system’s starting operation is not clear. It is noted the representatives returned to the Conference hall.
Note that the Conference is attended by Deputy UN Secretary-General, US Congressmen, as well as state and government officials of Georgia.
