"Contacts between Ukraine and Russia have increased. We support it," said Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlut Cavusoglu, APA reports.
According to FM, the most significant issue is an achievement of a ceasefire.
"Joint agreements have been reached on some issues at today's meeting in Turkiye. We think that more difficult issues will be discussed at high levels. Foreign Ministers of both countries should get together in the next stage, the text of the agreement should be prepared. The next stage is a meeting of Presidents."
