Baku-APA. Turkish Deputy Prime Minister and government spokesman Bulent Arinc on Monday said that the Turkish cabinet had signed a decree to approve a donation of 37,000 tons of flour to Syria, APA reports quoting Xinhua.
Arinc said at a press conference following the cabinet meeting that Syria could use the flour that is immediately to be sent by Turkey to make bread.
A bread crisis has hit several cities and towns across Syria, especially the northern city of Aleppo, where the shortage of bread and flour has heaped more misery of local residents.
